"My husband and I were privileged enough to attend and enjoy a show given at Brigham Academy.

The height of the show was the performance by Ms. Paula Blackwelder. She explained that she had shattered her knee in a trampoline accident, and went through a long rehabilitation process. Watching her performance one would never have guessed she had ever been injured. Everyone was very impressed and excited with her grace and agility.

What we found most interesting was the message that was relayed between performances. Ms Blackwelder compared learning to do what they were doing with learning at school. There was a constant thread of encouragement, as well as a message to always strive to do and be your best, no matter what you choose to do in life. She compared the struggles and persistence necessary for success to what they might be experiencing in school right now.

I feel it was a positive experience for all who stopped to watch and listen. The performances were beautiful and impressive enough to catch the children's attention, so that the wonderful message could be conveyed."
